Welcome to DK! Last year, I was also looking for a breeder in the Washington area. To find a breeder I used some of the links below. While you should always ask additional questions from the breeders these websites offer a good place to start as they share information about the breeders' health testing.

Stephanie, the Spokane breeder with the "ultimate doodles" is a large commercial breeder with several other breeds that she sells under a different name "CH Kennels". There are many warnings and bad reviews on the internet about her, including one person whose doodle puppy had hip dysplasia ($8000 surgery). I would stay far, far away from her.
I have an excellent breeder in Washington State, near Spokane. I was in contact with her for two years before I got my goldendoodle. Take a lot at my photos. The large black (phantom) is the one from her.

I seen your inquiry regarding a breeder in BC Canada. I just purchased a puppy from "Sun Valley Labradoodles" in Canada. You can see her on my page. Her name is Zhoé and she is a medium caramel Australian Labradoodle. Her temperament is superb ! And the breeder (Angela) was very informative, patient and an all around nice person!
Also, I believe she still may have puppies available , hope this helps and that you find your perfect doodle soon! :-)
