I (Sue) am a serial volunteer at the Wolf Conservation Center in NY. I am on the animal care team, a handler and maintain their website. I also volunteer for the local SPCA, help with dog transports and home visits.
I (Laine) am a dog fanatic who is fortunate enough to share my home, heart and life with three wonderful dogs - including our newest pack member Coco - affectionately known around here as CocoPuff.
Both of us love animals in general and enjoy spending time with our dogs and taking them for hikes and a swim.
What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
We recently adopted Coco, a Labradoodle, from the Doodle Rescue Collective. She's quite the sweetie pie. We have two other rescued dogs - Lakota (Sheltie/American Eskie mix) and Skyler (Husky/Golden Retriever mix). All three get along great, but Coco definitely prefers the company and attention of her humans :- )
Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Rescue
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
I've met a number of doodles over the years and there wasn't one I didn't like. They have the best personalities!!
What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
Just about anything. We are considering using Coco as a Therapy Dog as she seems to have the personality for it.

I think you'll like this site it's very free flowing. If you want more friends just look through the members and find someone you have something in common with or who just has a cute doodle and ask them to be you friend! Everyone on here is always happy to get new friends! We have three pups as well, 6 1/2, 5, and 1 1/2 years old. We're really enjoying having a young pack but still dearly miss our two who passed away last year at 16 1/2 and 14 years of age. You're from ny? We spend summer vacations on Lake George!

This is a great place to share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy!
