About Me:

My husband, George, and I are retired and living in a lovely lake and woods community called Keowee Key in South Carolina. Our community offers a wealth of opportunities for us to play with our Labradoodle, Merlin.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

Merlin is a black, F1 labradoodle (with some silvering in his tail and hindquarters.) His mother was Jade, a beautiful black lab (Southern Charm Labradoodles), and his daddy Bentley (Danmar Labradoodles), a white standard poodle. We also have two kitties who adore Merlin. One of them sleeps on him every chance he gets! They both steal his beds, and he lets them....such a softie!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We wanted a low to no shed dog who would love people and other animals. Merlin never met a person or four legged creature that he didn't like.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Merlin and I play ball at the park every day. He LIVES to retrieve. He also loves to leap into the lake to retrieve his beloved ball. He is also wonderful walking the leisure trail, on leash, and greets everyone he meets.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

Yes!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

a local groomer at the boarding farm where he stays when we are away.

Favorite Doodle Products?

My doodle sticker that Carol Dean gave us after we got Merlin. Need a new one since we are retiring that car.
