About Me:: I love my dog! He makes me get out and walk when I otherwise wouldn't. I commute about 100 miles a day and he is always so happy to see me when I get home! Born 3/16/09 so he is a rascally puppy and we are beginning to wonder if he will ever settle down.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Kramer is a standard Goldendoodle, light apricot in spots but mostly cream

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: low shedding, personality, and intelligence, but the teddy bear look certainly helped! I would not recommend a pet store if I were to do it again. I lucked out and got a wonderful dog but would go directly to a breeder next time. Wow...how could I have been so dumb to buy from a pet store??? I didn't know about this website then, or I would never have done that....

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: dog park and walks, and riding in the car with his head hanging out! He loves that! He loves showing off after he has had a shower and he knows he looks GOOD! He loves the beach but I hate the wet, sandy dog in my new car afterwards so we go to the dogpark alot.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: me! a rotating pin comb is the best tool I have found

Favorite Doodle Products?: rotating pin comb, tear-free shampoo, Cowboy Magic is awesome for combing out mats!

I am not sure we are going to have a pawtee this year, but I did get all three dogs some presents for the BIG day. Nylabones all around and stuffies without squeakers.

At 6:55pm on March 5, 2011, Nancy, Ned, Clancy, and Charlie said…: I am so glad that Kramer is settling down. It really makes a difference in how much you can enjoy them. I wish our Springer had ever settled down and now that he has developed anxiety problems it is worse. We have been taking Ned and Clancy to training and they are doing well and we are enjoying them more too. We are going to go to the Las Vegas romp - April 9th I think it is. Last year we just drove in for the day and back but this year we are taking the RV and spending the night. This romp is going to be really fun with goodie bags and scarves for the dogs and perhaps agility equipment to play on and photos etc.
