- I'm a wife, mother, teacher and golden doodle lover.

- We have an F1 golden doodle named Charlie. He is a cream/light apricot with a wavy (so far!) coat.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I got a golden doodle from the humane society back in 1991 (before the term golden doodle was known/used). She was the sweetest, smartest, most loyal dog I'd ever had, so choosing a golden doodle was a no-brainer. :) I love the way they look and the possibility of a lower-shedding dog was a factor as well.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- So far we've been having fun playing in the back yard. We're looking forward to playing in the park behind our house and taking him on long walks and hikes eventually.
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- A little bit but nothing major
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- Not sure yet. I may try my hand at it!

I see you were picking up Charlie yesterday. How is he doing? Oh, puppyhood can be so much fun! All the photos are so cute.
Yes, I love the name Charlie too. As you see, we have a Charlie Brown! LOL It is funny what is in a name. In hindsight, I think we should have named Beau - HANK!
I can imagine how hard it is to choose a puppy. We have two ALDs and fortunately the breeder picks the puppy for the new owners. You might ask the breeder their thoughts on the personality of each puppy, since they are with them 24/7 they should have some idea of the more active ones, etc. Good luck. .
