Aw thanks. Gavin is about 80lb but is very tall (29 inches at the shoulder) and slim (under the fur). His mother was the poodle and father was the GR too. The coat change was astounding. He just sheds lightly now and does not mat easily. Overall he has a pretty easy coat (luckily). Their puppy pictures are quite similar.

They look almost exactly alike, Kelly. How old is your Lilly? Zoey just turned 4 months this week. I can't wait to see how her coat changes. Her dad is a english cream retriever and her mom is a white standard poodle, but both are on the small side. Thanks for commenting!
