Well first trip to a groomer was a success. Alittle pricey but work it. Bailey had a pedicure, bath, girly parts trimmed and her ears done and it was $60.00. I have nothing to compare it to so for now I won't complain...
I did panic at first. When I dropped her off I talked to the groomer about what I wanted and she said OK no prob. Her last words were, I will give her a "BC". which stands for breed cut. So I leave, get home, jump in the shower and start to think..BC?…

Well, last night was our second training class. There are only 2 of us. I was early ...as usual. And the other student was late : ( She has a giant schnauzer that is VERY unruly...Her owner has no control over her and she is only 5 months old.
I felt bad for the trainer and her husband. You could see their frustration with her. You could tell she had not worked with the puppy at all. She still was using the retractable leash that they told her not to use or bring to…

Bailey and I had a beautiful walk today at Boone Park. She was not to co-operative when it came to looking at the camera. Out of about 50 pictures these were the best and they are so-so... Don't worry, she was on a leash, love Photoshop!

A quiet Bailey equals a doodle gone bad... Poor girl got caught in the act of chewing on my little scarecrow girl. Bailey is trying to hide her face with no where to go... It did make me laugh...

Busy saturday with the pup..
Off to buy a new training collar, then to the park and maybe hit a pumpkin patch for some picture taking on the way home..

So excited....Bailey and I start formal obedience training this evening. I have been working with her a little here at home but tonights the night that both our worlds change...for the better.
I found a trainer that does small group classes. He has 35 years of K9 training. He has trained police, search and rescue to the good ol' everyday mutt. On paper he has a lot of experience. He also is a certified AKC tester for all the different tests.
