Laurel & Sophie's Blog – October 2008 Archive (2)

Today we had trick or treating. I was a bit concerned about the costumes and groups of kids mobbing the door, but we had an amazing afternoon! Sophie barked at the sight of the first goblins but quieted quickly upon "NO!" After that first greeting from the kids and getting lots of 'what a cute puppy' comments she anxiously awaited more goblins. Sophie is now at 4 1/2 months, 26 lbs. and continues to steal our hearts! In the short time we have had her she continues to amaze us. One of our favorite and comical 'talents' she posesses is playing with multiple toys at once. She will have a toy in her mouth while chasing a ball on the floor and then stopping to pick up another toy to add to the mix. All toys will eventually be carried in the mouth while she plays equally with the ones on the floor. It really is comical. She also has a nasty… Continue
