So I'm surfing, not hanging ten, but planting two on the couch and well I stumble across this.  My first response is "Wow, I love it!" Okay I know my sweet angel really isn't one but I thought she listened a bit better.  She scarred the dikens out of me this morning.  I rarely let her off lead outside as the fence we are putting up is still invisible..... I  wanted to share my joy of a successful therapy dog test with Zoe.  Not so much that the test was difficult, but how we progressed from nervous & frantic to the point of where I was a little extra proud of my baby girl.

Orvis is holding the Canine Cancer campaign. As you all know, canines are very near and dear to our hearts and cancer no matter what form or body to takes its toll on is devastating.

I teenage girl from my town has entered two photos of her dogs [doodlenots]{yup, I stole it from ya, but it's so great a phrase I couldn't pass it up, so don't be mad!}. She is studying art, has a passion for dogs and LOVES to help out great causes.

Every morning when the world gets up we have our routine. Wake up, bathroom, take the dogs out, rush the children, shuffle the husband, sling a cup of joe that's now cold. I always find that moment to play with the girls. Then I'm off again to be caught up in the routine of life. BUT at the same time every day, seems when I'm at my craziest moment, Zoe comes front in a perfect sit and stares at me with such a pleaful stare.

My training is going pretty well. I have a few accidents cuz mom gets preocupied! She bought some bells and hung them on the door, now I just hit them so she knows I am waiting. One time, I actually brought her the bell. She got scared and removed all the lower bells. I knew she ws upset, so i bring her an outside shoe to let her know she has to hurry!
