Well, Oliver has gained a wopping 4.4 lbs. since last week. He is getting SOOOOO big!
His new thing over the past few days has been drinking out of the toilet :\ Obviously I'm not too happy about this. As soon as he hears me coming to get him out of the bathroom he very slowly pulls his head out of the toilet and stares at me like, "What? Want a drink too?" LOL Ugh! Down the toilet seats go for all eternity! Well, hopefully not for ALL eternity!
So, Oliver is completely potty trained if I haven't made that clear already. lol In fact, we can now tell by the sound of the bells just how BADLY he has to go. For instance, just now he was walking back and forth in front of the door multiple times which made a HUGE commotion of bell ringing. This means, "HOLY F-ING HELL I HAVE TO URINATE THIS INSTANT!" whereas other times, like when he's in the middle of playing and realizes he has to pee, he'll nudge the bells just once or twice, which means: "Yep. I gotta take a small leak before going back to play." It's pretty funny...because if he were talking, that's really what he'd be saying.
Oliver: *pounding the bells against the door frantically after waking up from a nap*
Jonathan: Ya know Oliver, you really have to come up with some sort of notification when you want to be let outside.
LOL...
Uhhh....what else....Oliver now knows:
- How to shake paws and give high five (he's awesome at this)
- Come (he's awesome at this)
- Down (he's awesome at this)
- Sit before going outside or exiting the car (he's good at this)
- Stay (we're working on the 3Ds- duration, distance and distraction. Right now we're starting on the third D by putting bits of food around him and still having him stay.)
- Drop it (he's awesome at this)
At the moment we're working on ROLL OVER. Roll over doesn't seem to be his forte, but we're working on it!
That's about it :)
