My Doodle journey begins!!
In the past month:
-->I've been dog crazy in my big empty house.
-->I've learned what a goldendoodle is.
-->Decided they were AWESOME!!
-->Decided I needed to get one...
-->Convinced my uncle/landlord that I had to have one using the same googly eyes that work so well on my dad....I knew it would work.
-->Googled "goldendoodle" "goldendoodle puppy" "goldendoodle Kansas" "Goldendoodle pictures" "goldendoodle training" etc. (You get the point)
-->Found a goldendoodle puppy
-->Found out that puppy was at a less-than-stellar breeding kennel (Think mill......GROSS!)
-->Ran away from that and continued my research
--> FOUND DOODLEKISSES.com (The GREATEST place EVER!!!!)
--> Found a respectable breeder
-->Got on the waiting list (#3!) for a puppy due in November
-->Life is good
Now I am:
--> Shopping online for all of the necessary supplies
--> Warning my whole family that they will have a granddoodle, great granddoodle, neicedoodle and cousindoodle....as well as all the responsibilities that will go along with it! (Mainly spoiling her rotten)
-->Showing my 2 cats youtube videos of doodles, I don't think they understand though.
--> Puppy-proofing my house
--> Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting
-->Reading everything on doodlekiss to pass the time

Aw, shucks! No surprises there, then, LOL! I was looking forward to a new discussion, "Does Anybody Else's Puppy Eat..."
Seriously, I really think you made a good decision on choosing your new baby, and I can't wait to see pictures! Jack was all grown-up when I got him, so I have to live vicariously by seeing other peoples' puppy pix. Enjoy the anticipation!
