Willson's 2 month Birthday!

On Friday August 1st was Willson's 8 week old birthday! We celebrated with a visit to our neighbor's house to play with their chocolate lab, Abby. Willson had a great time running around on the grass. We only stayed for a short time, but then when we got back to our house it was POOL TIME! I went to the store the other day and bought a baby pool so he would be able to play in it. He absolutely LOVES his pool! He was in the pool and and out, he had his favorite little football squeaky toy with him. At one point he tossed the ball into the pool, took a few steps backward and dived right on into the pool. The sad part is, I didn't have my camera handy to take pictures of his little exploration.

At the current moment, Willson and the rest of the family are all working on teaching him sit, stay, and come. He is a fast learner, but every now and then there is a scent in the air and he gets side tracked. But he is making giant puppy steps every day! :)

I try to have a camera ready now yesterday he was napping in the car in my daughters arms, and his paw was hanging down so ever cute in a relaxed mood, He went to see our neighbor Abbey (Lab) and loves playing with that big dog, when things got rough Willson came to me for a hug

I try to always keep one camera ready for Holly's antics but, she often foxes my and does something cute and photogrnic when I am not near the camera. Today it was biting the stream of water from the garden hose.

Sounds like you are having a grand time with little Wilson. I can totally picture him hopping into the pool all wiggly and happy!
