6 Month weigh in.

Sir Riley, (as he is the king of the roost) weighed in at 21.9 @ 6 months. Got his rabies shot this morning, missed the first 15 minutes of the Texas/OU game. Texas won all that matters. Checked with breeder, she said he should have his height now (15inches), but will fill out more thru the chest and rear. So hopefully he will be in the neighborhood of 25 pounds grown. My wife wanted him to stop growing some time ago.

It is getting into our wet and cold season here in Portland. My daughter said Riley smelled like a Safeway bathroom. I am glad I can't smell anything. I know with all his hair it will sop up all the goodies availabe in the yard and his kennel. Not used to bathing a dog thru the winter but sure it will be happening.

Seems like Riley has outgrown the rock eating issue. Didn't have to do anything, he just quit. Crossing my fingers, that he is done with that! Still loves to chew on branches and leaves though.

Sir Riley is just a tad bigger than Peri at 6 months! He is so, so cute.

Whoa. Has it been six months? Time sure flies when you are having fun. Congratulations on the rock issue. Now that he has given up rocks, lock up your underwear and good luck. :)

Ollie is six months old too, he is a stndard and weighed in at 55 lbs two weeks ago, lol...And he loves to eat leaves and twigs too...As a matter of fact he likes to put anything he can in his mouth...I am constantly watching him....
