Are there any rescus Doodles available in Northern California?

Edie, the West Coast Coordinator for the American Maltese Asociation Rescue. has indicated to Judy, my wife, that she is interested in learning about the avilability of a rescue Doodle in Northern California. We have been sending her pictures of our Goldendoodle, Holly. interacting with Sweetie's puppies. Sweetie is the Rescue Maltese we have been fostering for the American Maltese Rescue. Edie is very impressed with Holly's personality and the way she gets along with the four Maltese, plus two puppies, we have living with us.

If you know of a fairly young Doodle rescue available in the Northern California area, please let me know.

Also have Edie place an application with California Poodle Rescue: http://www.poodleclubsocal.com/poodlerescue/ -- they quite often have doodles too. And check petfinder.com regularly for "Standard Poodle" as occasionally she'll find doodles that way.

If you go to IDOG.BIZ you can fill an application out on line and also check out their website for available doodles up for adoption. Also check out petfinders.com but look under poodle mixes, lab mixes, or golden retriever mixes. Best of luck Edie in finding a doodle and hope you join DK....

this is the link to the DRC for the Western States. I spend hours daily looking for new doodles to add to the list. Tell Edie to join the DRC site. She should also fill out an application there and IDOG.biz

I would tell her to check out The Doodle Rescue Collective's website. They have quite a few doodles in need of rescue listed in California.
