Beans is now 8 months old!!!

Wow, how the time flies by, can't believe our puppy is now 8 months. He is such a cutie. I love him to pieces. Not that I didn't think I would. 

He is finally beginning to stop with the biting, although he still sort of play chews on our hands. Never thought I would see the light at the end of that tunnel. 

I have taken him to one puppy obedience training, and he is good with all of the basics, I now want to take him to the second set of puppy obedience and do some trick training courses with him. He is doing pretty good with heal, although I still need to reward him quite regularly. 

He is crated and does very well, during the summer the kids were home and I worked less so he was spoiled and didn't have to be crated much, hopefully I won't have to many long shifts and there won't be need for him to spend much time in there still. 

I though I would update some of my photos. Especially my profile picture. 

I think the biggest Uh huh moment for us has been with his first haircut. He went from being totally shaggy to tight, tight curl. I do not believe that it will grow out again. I began this journey wanting to pick the smoothest coated puppy, in hopes that he would be shaggy... but just as I read, you never know. I also agree that once they have stolen your heart it won't matter. So pick the one that steals your heart, the one you know HAS to be yours, and in the end LOVE will abide!
