Wow, how the time flies by, can't believe our puppy is now 8 months. He is such a cutie. I love him to pieces. Not that I didn't think I would.
He is finally beginning to stop with the biting, although he still sort of play chews on our hands. Never thought I would see the light at the end of that tunnel.
I have taken him to one puppy obedience training, and he is good with all of the basics, I now want to take him to the second set of puppy obedience and do some trick…

Thank you! I am really excited. I'm third pick of the litter so I find out tomorrow which ones are left. They have little brown noses so I'm excited to see how they change as they get older. I considered getting a mini because I am only 4'11! I ended up going with a medium sized standard. Hopefully she will be well behaved!
Hi,
Luna is an F1 mini goldendoodle, so golden mom x mini poodle dad.
Most F1 doodles don't look like her though - you may want to take a look at the "Puppy to adult" group to see some more examples.
Hey future doodle mommy, nice to hear from you, we are just new to this, and just getting our breeding business on the go! We should definately keep in touch as our puppies grow.
We are hoping to find homes for all our remaining puppies before Christmas as we will have another group arriving sometime in February!
It is an exciting new adventure with tons to learn!

Welcome to DK Doodle Mommy. I hope that after doing more research into dog foods you'll be able to convince your husband that a few more dollars is money well spent. My husband was actually the one who insisted on a quality food....I was the one who needed to be "educated". I should mention also, that my DH always "liked" our dogs...but I can't say he ever loved them....but Banjo came and DH is crazy about him. Crazy in love with him! LOL....it's something about Doodles....they really get under your skin in a way most dogs don't. So that may play in your favor ultimately with your husband willing to go the extra mile.
Food was one of the first things I wanted to educate myself about before getting Banjo....and at times I felt overwhelmed with the wealth of information just here on DK! There are many good choices out there. We finally settled on Taste of The Wild. That has worked well with Banjo...it took several months to finally find the right food - one that didn't result in gas or loose stool. I never in my life imagined I would spend so much time worrying about my dog's poo! LOL. Keeping a few cans of Pumpkin on hand is a good idea (not pumpkin pie mix....just straight pumpkin)...it's wonderful for helping to "firm up" occasional loose stool.
Karen is our "Resident Expert" on food. Her knowledge about food and health issues with dogs is immeasurable. So many of us have turned to her with our questions and concerns and she's always there to answer ....and if she doesn't know something off the top of her head...she goes the extra mile and spends time researching and will share what she's learned.
Again, welcome and congratulations on your soon to be puppy....it's such an exciting time!!!

Welcome to Doodle Kisses! You have definitely come to the right place for information on Doodles! I am so sorry about Clifford and know how hard it is on the family to loose a precious member of the household. Check out our groups and discussions which are very helpful. Looking forward to seeing pictures of your Doodle. Have fun and enjoy:)
