UPDATE...Could this be to good to be true???

UPDATE:  I called the breeder to see if "nature took it's course"..  It's a no-go ; (  And they have decided to not move forward with any more litters of goldendoodles.. 

Back to the drawing board we go!!  I am sad but I know it will happen when it's supposed too!!

 

I have finally convinced my DH to get a new baby brother for Bailey...  So I contacted the breeder where we got Bailey from last month.  She said she had taken a break from breeding but was planning a litter to possibly be conceived the middle of this month if nature takes the proper course. Our new baby would have the same daddy and a different momma...

 

So I was just sitting here on DK and dreaming of a baby doodle boy when I took out the calendar and counted from today...  And if the momma were to get pregnant today, my new baby would be born on my birthday...my 50th birthday at that... OMD, wouldn't that be the best gift ever!!!!

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.  I will contact her at the end of the month to see if "It" happened....

Thanks everyone for the happy comments..  I know Bailey is gonna be such a good big sissy to Bruin.. Yep his name will be Bruin after the Boston Bruins even though the deal was the Bruins had to win the Stanley Cup this past season... they lost but we are the winners!!!

I will find out this month if momma doodle is preggo's LOL..

Loving the idea of a new doodle baby in your family ! Bailey would be thrilled, and they would become a team like Hattie and Theo ! However, once the bloom is off the rose....  What I mean is, once Bailey and baby doodle are playing and possibly ignoring you, you will have time to reflect. That is when the light comes on and you will say "Holy crap, I turned 50 !" Hahaha
