Cutest Thing Ever?

This might be the cutest thing Lola has ever done.  I'm working from home.  I have my shoes and jacket on and leash nearby.  Then I get an email for work that I really need to respond to.  I keep telling Lola, please be patient, just give me a few minutes and then we will go for a walk.  She is being so good, sitting next to me and patiently watching me type.  After a while she starts to get impatient and pawing at the screen a little bit.  I tell her, yes, Lola, almost done.  Finally, she smacks her front paw down on the keyboard like a cat playing with a mouse and looks up at me like, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I'M PUTTING MY FOOT DOWN!  It was priceless.  I didn't quite capture the whole thing with my iPhone but at least I got something.

Love this and she is so adorable and smart!   These dogs are so incredibly smart at times, well actually all the time:)  When Libby sees me grab my laptop she gives me this "look" and a big sigh and then goes to her pillow knowing I am not available for awhile.

Ha, love this blog. If Daisy could talk I would never ever have computer time, her look is enough if I try to check after work.

The time I use to spend on DK in now spent with my Daisy....I miss her so much every day now that I have a new job. Now that the weather has changed I drive home, pick her up and go to the closest park to play. DH isn't getting the home cooked meals he use to get he will just have to deal.

Please note, it is 2:14 AM, all are asleep but me....just thought I would stop by to check in and comment where my mood takes me....cause of course I miss DK too.

I think that one is the "New Freedom Harness".  She wears it a lot because that way when it's time to drive somewhere I just snap her in and off we go.  Also, I can't quite prove it, but I think that for whatever reason people respond differently to her when she is wearing that.  Maybe something about the red harness on a black dog, I am not sure.  But whenever we go into a store or something and she is wearing that and walking nicely by my side, no one seems to bother us.  I think on a subconscious level maybe they think she's a service dog or a service dog in training or something.  Moment I take it off their attitude changes.  Either they want to play with her and pet her and such or else they are worried she might pee.  It's kind of weird, actually - but it works.

Luna uses her paws to make requests too :)  If you're petting her and you stop she uses her paw to PULL your arm back towards her for more rubs.
