DK Members are Awesome!

I would just like to personally thank Laurie, Doris and F and everyone who contributed their  “two cents” to one of the best blogs I have read since I have joined DK. To begin with, it was an awesome story of people coming together and sharing the one love we all have in common, our Doodles.  Even though most of us have never met and we live all over the country, after a few months on DK we feel like neighbors.  Laurie’s original blog, F’s “Back Side of the Story” and Doris bringing us to the “real” truth of the trip and her pictures of Luca with the bunny were all sooo much fun.  I don’t remember when I have laughed that hard, even tears at times and loved a story more!   When all the replies started coming in, the “Adult Field Trip” got even funnier.  I love how DK members care about each other and share in the fun as if they were on the trip too!

Yes, Lonnie, I love the blogs, the fun, the teasing... all of it. Laughing until the tears roll certainly has to be good for a person. But until Kona had his troubles last night after his tail was amputated, DK was pretty much entertainment and education. Two important factors in my life. Last night when people were chiming in with words of comfort, righteous indignation, wisdom, experience and just pure kindness, I was able to incredibly relieved and hopeful that Kona and I would get through the night. True friendship when I really needed it. Thank you DK!
