I find this very amusing, and am getting visuals that give me the giggles. I have tried to do some yoga stretches in my living room but it usually just ends in play time with the pets. When I do downward dog, the cat makes herself cozy under my arch, and the doodle takes advantage of my hands being occupied to smother my face in sloppy wet kisses. They make me laugh, and are just as relaxing as exercise.

 

I do miss my yoga classes, as I rarely go anymore-I prefer to spend my time doing activities with my doodle. I wonder if I can convince my local yoga studio to offer Doga classes...

Ummm ... hmmm ... no, can't stop giggling ... picturing myself trying to get down on the floor like that ... knowing that I'd immediately have a doodly wet tongue and teeth in my face ... and a cat perched between my shoulder blades (and probably giving his bottom a good clean while he's there) ...
