Excited and had to share!

I am picking up my first foster doodle (through IDOG) tomorrow morning in Athens, GA. I am beside myself with excitement! His name is Wilbur and he's a beautiful chocolate dood (at least I think he will be, once he's had a good bath!).

Of course, this could be a disaster, but I'm just really excited!

I just got off the phone with Clark County Animal Control (aka Athenspets.net). They told me that both Orville and Wilbur had been pulled. They said Orville was pulled by IDOG and Wilbur by Circle of Friends Animal Society. Someone may have their records mixed, but the important thing is both are now out of the kill shelter.

** From what I've heard from IDOG is that another rescue organization pulled Orville from the shelter. I had offered to get him, but she emailed back that he would be safe with this other organization. :)

Wilbur was owner relinquished with his brother Orville, who looks very much like him. I'm hoping Orville is being pulled, too. Here's some info:
