First Day Daycare

Amante had his first day of daycare today. They called it a Meet and Greet. I left him at 8:30 in the morning and picked him up at 5:00. I am glad to report that yes of course Amante was fantastic well behaved, got along well with others, played nice with everyone . According to his shadow he was a joy!! I of course and not surprised. I like to think that I know him well enough by now to know what he can handle.

I also know this because I spent the entire day glued to the web cam and I am almost embarrassed to say that when he left the view of the web cam I drove to the facility and watched him outside from my car in the parking lot with my binoculars!! My DH shakes his head while I am recanting my day. WHAT!!!. OK one time I got out of the car and kinda hid in the bushes, but just once!!

How did Amante react when you picked him up at end of the day?

Comment by Rose Ann and Amante on October 3, 2011 at 6:36pm: The problem was that the web cam was only inside the facility. When the babies go outside you can't see them!! I saw a pit bull puppy with him and before I knew it I was in the parking lot, good thing its five minutes away!
