Teeth

[Rose Ann and Amante]

Amante lost one of his K9 teeth and has had the other one hanging. We went to puupy class tonite. Amante was playing and his tooth was bumped. It is still hanging on,what a bloody droolly mess! Hope it falls out soon!!

I "helped" Luna with a couple that were just hanging by a tiny bit of tissue, I just held them tight and let her pull away so they would come out.   A little bloody, but I could tell they were bugging her just hanging there!  Also since she was the one that pulled, I could (hopefully) be sure I wasn't unnecessarily hurting her.

Finally lost it. I gave Amante a fancy mini bagel from the barkery. He bit into it, yelped and there it was.

Bailey lost the rest of hers several weeks ago...Thank heavens that is over.  She lost 6 teeth in 3 days.  She bleed with a couple of them. 

 

You will be amazed at how fast the new teeth come in....

Maizy lost her two bottom K9 teeth and one other bottom tooth (that I have noticed). Bloody mess too!! She has yet to lose any others. Just waiting....! I have heard frozen baby carrots are great for teething puppies.

Amante finally lost his tooth. He was uncomfortable during the night. He was restless I could hear him. Usually he is silent. I made scrambled eggs this morning for the kids before school and gave him some. I figured that they were soft he gobbled as if he hadn't eaten for days( he hasn't) and was looking for more. Don't tell but I scrambled a few more for him shhhh!! We followed breakfest with a nice walk at the outside mall were I purchased him a doggy bagel covered in caro? ( the chocolate look alike for dogs) he bit into it yelped and there it was finally!!!

When Mindy was teething, she would play (read: wrestle) with her little boyfriend (another doodle named Oliver, who`s the same age), and the two of them would be covered in blood by the end of it. It freaked us out the first time, but then we just got used to giving her a bath after each play date. ;-)

EEWWW!!! We didn't have any bloody ones when ours lost their teeth-weird hey?? We would just find them all over. Hope it comes out soon and is not painful!

Chewie's still got one more baby canine teeth he needs to lose too. Thankfully, it's not bloody right now.

But I have to brush his teeth more often as food always get stuck between the baby and permanent teeth.

Try giving him a rope chew toy, Chewie's last canine fell off while he was playing tug.
