Floating on the Raft

Glad we had so many comments on the picture of Charli and her friend Marti on the raft (see Swimming slide show of week)! Neither one of them would swim in Marti's family's swimming pool, but they were willing to have us lift them onto the rafts, and then they were perfectly content! They would have stayed there quite a while I think as they were very comfortable!

My mini doodle does this too! Doesn't really like to swim, will stand on the top step and splash about, but push the raft over and she's on it and in heaven. It's so cute. Your Charli and Marti are adorable

I actually had to get in the pool with my camera in order to get the shot! Charli was even totally relaxed as you can tell by her mouth being closed--no huffing and puffing!

This is such a great picture and I think even better because they aren't dripping wet. It is fun to hear the whole story. Sometimes I wonder how someone got a particular shot.
