Harper's First Haircut

Our little Harper girl got her first haircut this weekend on the eve of her eight-month birthday.  I was loathe to say goodbye to her beautiful, curly locks, but it was just too long for the summer.  I think the 'do came out pretty well, and she certainly doesn't look shaved.  I'm hoping that in a few weeks she will look a little less shorn and more like my dog again!  Next time I have to remember to tell them not to cut her eyelashes!

VERY nice! She certainly doesn't look shorn, just really tidy and neat. Love her face and eyes especially. Good job! That groomer is a keeper!

Thanks everyone!  They used clippers on her, set to the longest setting.  The groomer kept her legs longer than her body , so she must have used scissors on them instead of the clippers.  

 

The groomer does a few doodles I know, which is why she knows what they are supposed to look like.

Harper is so beautiful...with her longer hair and with her new cut.  Her eyes are just so sweet and her new "do" shows them off!  Did she get clipped or scissor-cut?  Wow!  Really fantastic grooming!

They did a great job!!!!!!!! I would be very happy with that look.. If you want to get a more shaggy look you can take a spray bottle with water and mist it up, or apply cowboy magic to her coat!! I think she looks darling..
