I get my puppy on April 9th. I am so excited for her to come home. She is a small standard and will be about 4 months. Right now her breeder has been socializing her and introducing her to new things and teaching her to walk on a leash and sit. I am thinking I will name her Zebedee. When I first started to think about getting a dog the name Zeb popped into my head and when i searched for the name online i found out it could be a nickname for Zebedee.

That is a good name. My son just named his great dane Zdano after Zdano Chara Boston Bruin hockey player. Her name is now Zee but she will be big Zee when she is grown. It sounded funny at the start. But after a week of her being here it was a great name! Yours sounds great too.
