I Guess I Must Be Crazy!

They say when you keep doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result, you're probably "crazy". Well, I think I fall into that category. We're celebrating another holiday, and what do I do whenever there's a holiday....yup, "dress up" the Doods. And how has that been working for me? You're right....NOT. So, here we are at Memorial Day Weekend. I kept the "pinking scissors" in the bag this time....no bandannas. I decided on a different approach. Old Navy had some really cute "Uncle Sam" Dog Hats. I thought this was my answer, especially because they actually fastened under the chin and would be hard to get off. When they arrived in the mail this week, DH just shook his head. He knew. So, yesterday was my day to get some pictures (with the hats on) for my Memorial Day DK page. The boys "flipped out". You'd think I was beating them the way they carried on. So, I just gave up...again. No picture. I had to photoshop in some "fake" Memorial Day decorations. Then they proceeded to try to destroy the hat...actually they did destroy it. Here's what that looked like.

So, they played with (fought over) the hat for a while. Guess who won that battle?

Ok, just looked at the scrunchies that Lucy and Sophie's mom posted! They are absolutely adorable!!
However....
Mrs Guinness and Murphy's Mom, if you think Guinness is going to smile for a photo wearing that girly froufrou scrunchie collar, you have another thing coming. He already saw the link and is planning his sabotage now. We man doodles are very against that froufrou stuff. Love, Timbow

I find the only exception to the repeating things and expecting different result = crazy theory, is the computer. Do the exact same thing twice on a computer and you may get different results. Which, I realize doesn't mean I'm not crazy. Enjoy the weekend and the doodles. At least it will be cooler!

Jane: How about one like this. Even those uncrafty people like you and me could probably handle this. Just cut ribbon, and tie onto a piece of elastic that goes over the dogs head. Think they would wear these?
