I lost my couch!

We have a big TV in the basement family room and that is where I like to watch movies. When I just had Yankee, he would lay on the couch beside me or with his head on my lap while I watched DVD's. Well, Finn has decided that he also likes to lay on the same couch. So, now if I watch a movie, the dogs have to jockey for position to see who gets to lay beside me. Yankee will grab a toy to get Finn's interest so he will jump off the couch. Then Yankee will take his spot on the couch.

Now I have learned that I have to get my spot on the couch before the dogs head to the basement. If I don't, this is what it looks like:

And I thought I was lax!!!! I never let my dogs on the couches, but I did our bed. And every night Sandy would have her head on the pillow in my DH's spot before he could ge there!! He travels alot, so when he is home, she was always like, What do you want? But I kept coverlets on my couches bc I always noticed lab hair on them when I got home!!! The sneaks. But I have a feeling I'm toast with the mini ALD on the way. It's cold here in the Midwest!!!!! Signed, About to Have Yucky Couches

I have never had a coach in my entire life. They either belonged to my children--JUMP JUMP JUMP, or my dogs, Dig Dig Dig a new den. My cats and dogs have their own coach. The coach does get the nicest place by the window. The human coach is much cleaner and more attractive--but it certainly is ready to go to the dogs also. I GIVE UP. I try not to take pictures and post on DK. This is one awful gold coach.
When guests come over sometimes I will cover the awful coach. I see the focus of my companies eyes as they walk in the doors AHHHH

Yes, it probably has dingelberries and other dog accumulated things. But can we really try to keep them off the coach and away from the windows. Can we really say; No, I do not want to cuddle with you now go lay on the floor"

Go get another coach! LOL

NOW THIS IS EMBARRASSING TO POST! But we will do a lot for our dogs

Wilson does the same and if I am in the spot he wants he just looks at me Like "Aren't you going to Move?"

Cute and funny! Looks like my couch.. I have it a bit easier- a doodle and a 6 lb Yorkie, but they do go crazy with who is going to be next to me..Often there is a battle with one trying to get the other off the sofa., The Yorkie often gets her way! They like to share tmy popcorn too!

Isn't just amazing how the humans move around our doodles to make sure that they are comfortable!
I just love knowing I am not the only fool out there.

The answer is to just get another couch. One couch for doodles and one for you. :)
