LabraMuts is Starting to Sound Good
Spud and I took a different route on our walk the other day and I want to say we met a ( I don't know what to politely call him ) man who was painting a garage--(in 37 degree temperature, yeah right, that paint will stick?? ).
He approaches me at the end of the drive.
I have shorted the conversation, but you truly don't want to hear it all and it took me a while to run like hell out of there:
Man: What type of dog is that?
Me: A poodle/retriever mix ( I just didn't want to explain )
Man: Oh, is that what they look like. You got one of 'em In Breeds
Me: Ah, well, it's a cross breed
Man: I breed dogs. I got a cane corso mastiff for a great price. She ain't no good for show because her legs are crooked, so I'm going breed her. Gotta get my money out of her at least. blah blah here.... all about the price and the deal and crooked legs and hips.
Me: ( thinking to myself) oh my god, WT*%@#
Man: I should in breed my mastiffs and my pit bulls. They would make a great lookin inbreeds. Yeah, I got 7 dogs I could in breed.

I believe the gentleman in question must be an " in breed "...it takes one to know one.

Yeah, I will be looking to get one of those in breeds and I could have the man for an inlaw! Kinda like a father-inlaw!

He was hired help. I did ask, of course; " do you live here with all those dogs?" He was just there to paint. In the rain, in the cold. Go Figure.

Sorry to say but it sounds like you need to move :). Better yet, maybe he will.
