lovely coincidence

[Jagger & BobCat]

Yesterday I took Jagger to a park that we visit very often and almost at the end of our visit, we run into 2 very similar looking doodles, yeah..we doodle parents can see differences =) The owner asked "how old is your dog" I said "8 months today" and he said so are mine!...then I asked what breeder and he said so and so...turns out that his girls were two of Jagger's litter mates, he met his sisters Daphne and Chloe! Beautiful girls, they weight around 50lb now and Jagger is 59 (and change) That was a very cool coincidence, we live within 20 miles from each other and hopefully we run into them other more often now =)

I have to say that Jagger's behavior with them was definitely different, they seem to click in a very mellow way, he's very outgoing and always playful with all dogs, with the girls they were just "hanging out" as if they do it all the time. the pack reunited and It was very sweet to see them

Yes, I believe they did. they were hanging out like old friends, he usually gets very excited and anxious with other dogs, with them he was just relaxed and the three of them were laying on the grass, chasing other dogs, it was cute!

That's so awesome!  I would have been so excited!  Hopefully you can have more sibling play dates!  I really do believe they recognize something because Bexter was the same way when meeting one of his sisters too!  Interesting!  I wonder if studies have been done about that?

Wow wonderful is that and how sweet they connected with each other!  I would love to find a sibling of Libby's. We should all post our Doodle's birthday and the state they were born in, then we could at least see if our Doodle shares a bithday with another on DK.  Has this been done before??
