New Warnings on Treats from China

Before the press came out about the contaminated dog food from China, our lab began experiencing kidney problems.  As soon as the press alerted us to the problem, we discontinued his sweet potato treats, which were manufactured there.  Luckily, he improved.  We had no evidence that the treats were behind his kidney issues except for his improvement after it was removed from his diet.  Until now.  The brand we used is listed in this new warning.  Beware!  http://poisonedpets.com/2012/04/06/alert-vets-warn-about-new-treats...

I am so glad that your dog is ok.Those treat killed one of our friends dogs.It was so sad.On the weekend I ran into a woman at Costco buying those treats and I warned her.I think she thought I was nutty. I did tell her where to search on the web for info.
