Peri's 6 Month Grooming

Well, Peri turned 6 months old yesterday! She is officially a little lady, having been spayed, attend her first doodle romp, start her next level of obedience, and receive a new hairdo. I was pretty nervous about this and told them under no circumstances should they make her have a "poodle doo". I think they did a pretty good job. She had it done during doggy daycare today. DH went to pick her up and she was just hangin' out with the owner (he loves her) instead of getting all dirty with her friends.

On another note, we started our next level of obedience Monday and she was a TERROR! Barking, out of control! Puppy classes started with 15 minutes of play - not so in this level. There were some rescue dogs that were timid and we couldn't let the 6-9 months old terrorize them. Peri couldn't contain herself, desperately trying to play with a mini aussiedoodle (told parents to join DK). I am hopeful she will improve..7 more weeks of class!

Aww, she is adorable. They grow up so fast! Looks like the groomer did a great job.

They did a trim all over (lots of uneven, straight vs. curly hair). I think it looks really good!

They did a great job.....no "poodle look". Did they do a puppy cut or did they actually trim her all over? I really like the length.
