Favorite Book:
Bones Would Rain From The Sky: Deepening Our Relationships With Dogs by Suzanne Clothier
If you only read one dog book, this is THE one to read! Its “James Herriot" meets "Jane Goodall" meets “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus”. This book totally changed my perspective on the dog-owner relationship.

(Parts of the book are rather wordy, so skip Chapter 1 (just background stuff) and start with Chapter 2.)

Favorite Book that Covers Specific Behavior Problems:
Fight! by Jean Donaldson
This book isn't just about fighting, its also about social skills, bullying, aggression, possessiveness, etc.

Favorite Dog Trainer/Behaviorist:
Trish King. She is awesome! Check out some of her stuff below:

Favorite Place to Buy Dog Books (Cheap!):
Amazon.com
I buy most of my dog books thru this site, and save so much money! I usually buy them in the “used” section, and a lot of the books are in near-perfect condition. And cheap! Shipping generally costs $3.99, which isn’t too bad. A $30 book order I placed on Amazon would have cost me $60-90 on other sites!

Favorite Dog Magazine:
The Bark
Fantastic magazine, about $18 for a year (6 issues) and totally worth it!

Favorite training method:
Positive reinforcement training

Favorite training video clip:
teaching the off-leash recall
So darn cute, too!

Favorite dog toy:
Tug-N-Toss Jolly Ball
Boo has the horse sized one (10” diameter)

Favorite chew treat:
Antlerz (lasts approx 2 weeks)
