Today, some bees were flying around Huff's head. The great hunter he is, he started snapping at them and one of them stung his lip. he immediately got up from laying down and was running around in pain and confused. I looked at his lip and the stinger was still there. We couldn't get it out with our fingers (he wouldn't stay still) so we ended up using hemostats, and got it out. Poor dood!:( He was back to normal after that.:) It was so sad. I wonder if he learned a lesson?

Poor baby!  That would be no fun at all...Sounds like a pair of hemostats would be a good idea before our yellow jackets start appearing here in Utah!

Ouch, lets hope he learned his lesson.  My kitty cat did the same thing once and let me tell you - he doesn't go near a bee now.

Poor Huff!! I hope he does learn and stays away from those nasty bees from now on!

I know I would learn pretty fast.  Hope Huff's lip doesn't swell up and itch too much!

We are having a lot of bees this year and I hope Vern and Fudge leave them alone. Poor Huff. I hope he learned to stay away from bees from this experience.
