Standard Poodle Needs a Home

Our county run animal shelter had a beautiful cream standard poodle surrendered to them this weekend.  I would hate to see this dog put down because she doesn't find a home.  She is four years old so it you be my guess already house broken.  When I stopped by to check to see if it was a doodle she seemed very friendly.

How could she just be surrendered? Yuck.  I hope she finds a home.  Certainly she will - what a beautiful poodle.

Just sent what I have on her to a Poodle Rescue group.  She does look like a Doodle, that's what caught my eye.

Her tail is docked.

Debbie, I have one question.  Did you notice if she had a full tail?  It is hard to tell from the pictures.  Poodles=docked tails.  Doodles=not.  Of course, not always, but always a good way to tell when in doubt

So glad you stopped by to check on her.  How nice of you to take time during your day to check on the welfare of this pretty girl.

She looks like a doodle to me.  There are also Poodle Rescues in that area.  It is an idea if you don't get any hits here on DK.
