The Beginning.....

So....After 2 passed away dogs and a very cool dog sighting of an Australian Labradoodle on the Misson Beach Boardwalk over 2.5 years ago we decided to investigate getting one. This led a discussion with a breeder in Utah and "Voila" 5 days later the littly boy called Blackie by the breeder became ours and was shipped in a crate with his Brother "Blue". Out of the cage they curiously walked and into our lives...we are very happy with our choice. Our dog has come to be named  Takoda - a "sioux" word meanign friend to all. My parent have his bother who they call Obee. Takoda is now 5.5 months old and quite the good dog. He recently started to alert us of suspected danger by barking. And he Barks to let us know he wants our attention or something. He is  becoming more of a cuddler as the days pass. If he does not sleep in the bed at night early in the morning he comes to theside of bed asking to come up and spends the rest of the morning with us until we all get  up.....stay tuned!

How fun it will be to be able to have both dogs in the same stages.  You can do training together etc.  Takoda is especially cute.
