I got a little behind on puppy news--mostly because I have been busy housebreaking the last two! So, here is the latest. Daisy, who will keep her name, went hom on Monday, Nov 28th--she is doing well and has twin boys to play with--here is a picture of mom and dad and then one with the boys. She looks worried, but that is her natural expression!

Aren't they cute!!

So...that left me with purple pup (Honey bear) who was re-named Don Giovanni, and Patch (red) who was re-named Presto. Don Giovanni or Gio is heading to Italy next week to be part of a therapy dog breeding program--I have mentioned that already. He is super smart and full of spunk. Presto was supposed to stay in the breeding program, but is now being sold to a nice family --I just received word that they are meeting him tomorrow and most likely will take him home--it's time to get prepared for that emotionally. I have had these guys for ten weeks and I

thought Presto would stay here until January when the breeder got back from Italy--so, this is a big change. But frankly, I am tired and ready for a break. These two do not sleep after 5 a.m. and it is getting to me. And the housebreaking is an all day effort. It is going well, but ties you down. I have the whole family coming soon for the holidays, so i need to put puppies aside for a while. Sad, but true!!

Here are some photos of the last two boys!

First Presto-

Now Gio--

and the two together!

Nice photo Heather!! Love those eyes!! He is so sweet, isn't he? The pups played under the kitchen chairs all day at my house so I know why he is doing that. The new family will be crazy for him--they are lucky!! Will ha get yet another name?

Wish my two would sleep--I am going back to the other food as this seems to be what is giving them trouble. Up at 3 or 4  a.m., sleeping off and on until 5:30. It is tiring.  But almost over!

Here they are playing in the snow today--they loved it.

Thank you Ginny for taking such great care of these little puppies!!!  Jasper aka light blue boy & Nutmeg is doing very well.  He is sleeping about 7 hrs each night and wakes up on the dot at 6:45 each morning...who needs an alarm clock.  This is his typical pose at the office each day...I haven't been able to convince him that under the chair is not safe.  He is off to his guardian home this weekend.  They are a great family with 2 girls (12 & 13) and super excited!  :)

Wow you have worked so hard this year, you truly deserve a break.  Although it is hard to say good bye, it will be nice to get a good rest and your house back in order before the holidays.
