Two more puppies go home!

Big day today for Jasper (formerly Nutmeg) and Pooh bear (now Uchu!) Here are the happy new families. Uchu's new parents are both professors at a major university, so he should have a very interesting life! Uchu is the word for a chiean pepper in an indigenous language from the Andes.

Jasper is now owned by Heather of Blueberry Cottage Labradoodles (a DK member) and will hopefully be in her breeding program--she is looking for a guardian home for him!!!

Now Uchu and his new mom and dad...she has wanted a dog since she was a little girl...

One ore goes Saturday and another Monday--so stay tuned! (I am exhausted!!!)

These are the most beautiful puppies Ginny! What a compliment that one will be bred. Our Bella would have been but she had an umbilical hernia and our breeder couldn't so we lucked out

Another one down! Winnie (now Finlay) left today--I was crazy about him, because he loved people and was always near me--I shed a tear or two over this guy. He will make a wonderful pet and this family is crazy about him too!

The couple with uchu are very excited but have no kids or anything yet, so this IS  a big step! Luckily, it is pronounced "ew-chew"--but I guess that could be bad too! I remember when i got my Wheaten, the breeders nickname for him was "chew-bacca"--I should have known! I still have chewed up trim and cabinets from him. When people come to see the pups, I explain that they did not do all the damage!
