We have the best doggie ever.  NOT!  Last night he removed one of my expensive shoe boots from a shoe cubby inside the closet.  I found it this morning.... it was chewed on!  I'm still so mad I want to choke him.  The boot was one year old. :(

Oh sad day... poor you and poor Monty facing the consequences with that pitiful look. Owen is a chewer of all things. He too has taken a shoe right out of the shoe cubby in the closet. Kinda of disturbing to say the least. Maybe Monty needs a special snuggle time to get over his bad behavior. ;o)

I do feel your pain...but thankfully all Sasha ever got were flip-flops.

I used to keep them by the door when she was a pup...for those many trips to go potty!

Oh Jane, This visual evidence nearly brings tears to my eyes!   It surely was a beautiful shoe!!!!    Monty, tell your Mom to keep the door closed......it's the only thing that's worked in our house.

Monty - Stuart here.  Look dood - I love a good shoe myself but boy did my mom get mad at me for eating her red shoe.  It was so pretty and smelled and tasted so good but she said "bad boy".  Now I get lots of braided bully sticks to chew on - better than shoes and I don't get into trouble.  Ask your mom for some and stay outta the shoe closet.
