We live in a community (condos and townhomes) that we lovingly refer to "the place for the newly wed and nearly dead"...there are several golf carts and riders here....we would be the envy of the neighborhood if I had any one of these!

In November, we spent a couple of nights at a "senior" community in Mesa, Arizona.  Lots of golf carts, but nothing of the souped-up variety on the video.  I decided then and there, however, that "senior living" is not for me!  Too many old people!!!

@Laurie, you get them but you just forget that you do. @Karen, I was having trouble with things not opening and freezing my browser, Firefox. I updated and it's all better. Sometimes if you post the URL in a separate tab it will open.

Jane, Jon Stewart mentioned the Villages on his show last night. He said that all of the other old people in FL refer to The Villages as "that place where all the old people live." LOL

Rooney's breeder lives near The Villages and we stopped at a McDonald's there while bringing Rooney home.  We saw some of these carts.  So this begs the question - can he make me one that will fit both the doodles in?  A few people have them where I live - but nothing this cool.  We can't take them on our golf course but if they are street legal (head and turn lights) we can drive them around on the street - to the grocery and bank and stuff.  How about one that looks like a gator?  LOL!
