Awesome.... I can't wait for spring so I can watch all my flowers bloom. Thanks I needed that :)
Thank you, F. That was beautiful.
Just lovely F! Thanks!
Hooray! Spring is coming. My favorites are the iris.
Oh yes, I've seen daffy foliage too and my snowdrops, minus the snow, have erupted but they are not ready to bloom yet. soon : )
I find it hard to think you can have a blizzard while it's jacketless weather her. Those seeds might benefit from being soaked and/or being pricked a bit. They're annuals here too but you can always try to collect more seeds.
F. Those words I can relate to having a Horticulturist DH. I laugh when folks ask me gardening questions like I should know the answers because of what DH does. I'm willing to bet no one asks him medical questions.
It is so bad outside even Quincy didn't want to stay out and he is a snow lovin doodle. I'll get my exercise later and it will involve a snow shovel. Quincy will get his fun playing in the snow while DH and I do the snow clearing.
I am going to get DH to start my Moon flower seeds soon, he will start them in the greenhouse. We have a very short growing season and they are going to need a head start if I have any hope of getting blooms. I have a sunny spot picked to plant them, it is one of the few full sun areas in the garden. Thank you for the seeds I so hope they grow and bloom for me. They will only be an annual and I have no hope that they will survive our winter.
It's simply spring here today. Just about to take the doodles for a stroll, better name than a walk for us. Donna, I did see a moonflower but of the Joanne variety, Datura I think, not like my Ipomoea, how's that for big words : ) I'm planning to try both this spring. I may get giddy soon and try to forget we haven't gotten quite to February yet.
I love the pansies and the daffodils!
