TIME! at last!

           Well, it has finally happened and I'm taking a separation package from my company and will have more time to do what I want!  I won't be officially retired until early next year, but I am so excited!  I'll have more time to spend with my DH, my grandkids and with Paws & Think - and more time on DK!

      Every time I watch the slide show on the main page I am so inspired by some of the great picture, especially those in motion like this week's Flying15.  I know so many of these folks learned lots from the Photography group so I want to join them and start at the beginning.  I'll probably want a new camera!!  At least my daughter is a professional photographer and maybe I can snag a hand-me-down from her!

      I'm so inspired by the beauty of these dogs, and the caring people here on DK.  I think we have the best of the best and have been happy to be a part of this over the many years.  (I never have figured out the Doodle Zoo, which was probably the first Doodle group!)  Bear with me as I include a few pictures of my little rescue girl Harriet.  Who knows! she has so many different breeds in her according the two DNA tests, that surely there is a little Doodle too!  I'm waiting for the Wisdom Panel 3.0 to come out.  Haha!

      But I really am looking forward to spending more time with all of you starting the end of the month.  In the mean time, Happy Doodling!

Congratulations on your soon to be retirement!  It is the best and I'm sure you will love it!  I have never looked back and the time I have spent with our family and Libby is far better than the "nine to five" time!   LOL   I too feel so fortunate to be a part of this site and getting to know all the members and their Doodles!  There is "nothing" like a Doodle and the love they bring to a family.  Have fun and looking forward to hearing more from you on DK.  Your pictures are great and the Doodles are adorable!
