Two dog parks in two days... Talk about pooped pooches.

My guys are still sacked out. On Sunday we met up with Frannie/Callie, Judi/Timbow, Krista/Angel and Sue/DH/Finley for a play date at Lewis Park in Marietta. A great time was had by all. We kinda-sorta met another Goldendoodle, but I think all of us gossiping women scared off Kody's (?) dad. It was a very enjoyable 2 hours of convivial conversation and lots of doodle romping.

On Monday I was suffering from cabin fever big time; so I grabbed the pack and headed to the Leita Thompson dog park that is walking distance from my house. It was a beautiful, sunny day (I have the sun burned nose to prove it) and the park was packed. We met Lola, a lovely black standard poodle, Gus, a huge GD and Annie, another very pretty GD girl. Both Gus and Annie are from Ayers kennel, but different owners. Everyone had fun playing Fox and Hound. Harlow especially loved being the 'fox'.

Today our pack has barely budged from their beds. All the rhythmic breathing and soft snores are making me sleepy.

It really was such a great time! Timbow and I were both pooped afterward! We forgot our camera too!! :-( We will make sure to bring them next time. -- I am pretty sure we scared Kody's dad off since he avoided us like the plague. His loss...haha.

Sounds like you had a great time. It was such a beautiful day we also went to 2 parks. The one we met a DK member laurie and Jasper, that was fun!! The other we just walked on leash.. Lilly was tired too but she looks like she is ready to go again today =)
