Is that real??!!??  My cousin used to have a guinea pig named Chester....this thing looks like an enormous Chester lolol....it is kind of creepy...

I think they are similar to guinea pigs, which are very cute and personable. However as we all know, nothing beats doodles!

I just saw an entire t.v. show about these animals, they are like giant rats almost.  I wouldn't want one but hey . . . if it makes you happy - why not.

My sister had a guinea pig when we were kids and it bit me a couple of times, HARD! That thing could take off a finger, lol!!

Actually capybaras are not usually pets, but they are pretty clean.  My brother had a pot-bellied pig who they raised from a piglet and he thought he was a lapdog.  Even as an adult he would crawl up into my brother's lap.  Lived in the house and had a potty area outside.  He was trained like a dog.  Different strokes for different folks.
