Worth the Wait!

We were lucky enough to get six of the pups together. It was great! They seemed to gravitate to eachother, I really think they knew eachother! They really stuck with eachother. There were at least 6-8 other dogs besides ours at the play party and our guys really played mostly with eachother. It was so much fun. There was a white GD that was 14 mos, and it was huge! The owner said he weighed 100 lbs. I think I saw a little panic in everyone's eyes! lol
I think Fozzy had the most fun playing with Murphy and Dougal. He seemed to be practically inseperable from Murphy by the end of the date. I was amazed that 3 of the pups had really different coats, and three were alike...it will be fun to see them all! I was glad to know that I was able to pick out Fozzy Bear - I think so far he was the smallest of the group, or at least tied for the smallest.

We are already planning to get together again in late April or early May. Hopefully, Mom, Lauren will be able to make it as well as their foster mom as well as the rest of the pups. It was really great to meet the families. I think we got a real great group here.

PS: It's amazing how different they can be, isn't it? Oski is 10-15lbs heavier & about an inch taller than his litter mates so that 100lb doodle could be one of your little ones in the next year, LOL!
