Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
OK--so you all know that I am crazy--doodle crazy that is---and now I am proving it. I agreed to take a litter from the breeder that I work for for their last two weeks--and their momma too of course--and it is a litter of TEN!!! We had two litters of ten in November--very weird! So, the poor woman needed some help!
These are all black beauties from an F1 mom and a mini-poodle dad...what a chaotic Christmas we shall have! The families all come to meet them this weekend and then on Monday, my grown kids start to arrive --it will be a FULL HOUSE! It will require patience and cooperation--and list of paper towels!
Here are a few pics--they are very well behaved and quite petite, so that helps...a bit!

OMD....I have two extra dogs this holiday and it seems like a lot :) LOL Enjoy all the chaos. The pups are gorgeous.
Ginny, they are all gorgeous!! Have fun with these sweeties!
I thought my pack of five dogs was a lot. LOL! They are so beautiful!
Beautiful. I love the gorgeous, shiny black.
The straight one is going to a guardian home as a potential breeder--she is gorgeous!! Others are all sold but one, but someone is coming to meet her Monday--so then they will all have homes...
Yes Richard, clean up is a big job with so many pups--and someone always seems to be going to the bathroom! But I will miss them when they go--such sweethearts!
Oh wow....you have your hands full....but there will be lots of Doodle love at your house this XMAS.
Beautiful pups and this time I don't envy you : )
Ginny,
I can relate to the difficulties of large numbers of dogs in a household, especially many large breed puppies. Those pups are darling by the way...
It is far easier to clean up a puppy pen (in the morning before my coffee) when the puppies are small breeds. Additionally since smaller breeds usually have fewer puppies in a litter.
I remember when we had three litters of Maltese-mix rescue puppies (13 pups total) all of whom developed diarrhea upon switching from mom's milk to puppy chow. That was a gruesome thing to face before breakfast or even a cup of coffee.
The one thing to look forward to is that these beautiful little pups will be sure to find new homes and you will always have thememories of them in your heart...
Cute as can be! Now, if only Santa could lend you some elves. Merry Christmas, Ginny.
