Henry, I just want to say again how sorry and sad I am about Myles. From everything Ginny has said, the breeder and her family sound like good people. This must be devastating to them as well. In Finnegan's litter, one pup was lost shortly after birth and I remember the breeder saying to me, those are the days your heart breaks and you think, maybe I won't do this anymore - yet she has many wonderful pups (now dogs) out there in the world. I hope you'll find another wonderful pup soon.
I just want to say again how sorry I am about poor Myles--your family must be so upset--my friend that has the brother had a vomiting episode with him the other night that didn't look normal at all to me (I raise doodle pups) but he seems fine now and the vets have not done an Xray--they told them to wait to see if it happens again--I am almost certain they will find something as this guy is sooo tiny--but he is active and alert, so we are all crossing our fingers.
Do you know if the pup that was returned was Xrayed? I assume you heard about how she is saying that he definitely has ME and is now up for adoption--I know that you can't be sure unless you do an Xray and I have a hard time believing that 9 out of 11 pups have it and were all Xrayed to make that diagnosis.
