Halas' New Workout
I was looking around on-line the other day, and I found out about suspension training. It looked interesting to me, and the concept is really simple, but the fancy systems available are expensive. So I looked around a little more and found some instructions for a DIY Suspension Training system. I spent $24, instead of the $200 that the fancy systems were going for. I came home last night and set it up. Halas watched patiently while I did this and tried a couple of quick exercises. When I was done, he decided it was his turn. The attached video shows Halas enjoying some Suspension Training.

It's attached to a support beam in the ceiling, but I read about several different ways you could attach it.

I love Halas! What a cute boy...he loves his exercise...this may help with his flyball techniques :)
