That is just SO COOL!   Ruby is one smart little doodle!   I'm with Jane....Banjo would have taken the paper who knows where!!

This blows me away for a puppy so young.  My Doods at that age would have just kept right on going down the street with that newspaper.  Awesome!

Very cute!  My doodles also love to help in anyway they can and the youngest (7 months) always runs up to the road and brings back the paper.  However, he brings it right to the door on the pantry and waits for one of us to exchange it for a treat.  It used to be the job of my other labradoodle who died in September.  He also helped to carry in the groceries, would pick up toys, and would bring his bones back to me after 20 minutes to put away for another day.  My other goldendoodle wouldn't think of letting plastic touch his mouth.  He is very finicky.
