Ziggy's brother is doing well also. Haven't quite figured out how to post a photo on the main page yet, but assume the attach at the bottom of this page leaves it in this forum. Zeus is great with Zack, but still challenging the Queen kitten. You can tell that he loves the cat and the cat loves him. Their weights are just so different, and Zeus doesn't understand. Zeus had a coming to Jesus speech the other night when he got a little rough with the cat; now the cat prances in front of him teasing away. She knows she can get away with anything right now. He knows better then to even look sideways at her once he hears NO CAT. He is a smart DUDE and will take advantage of you every chance his little golden eyes see the opportunity.

He didn't like the rain much, causing a couple of household accidents. He is the smartest dog I have ever had! He resisted the crate the first night, but enters now on command of crate, bedtime. He fetchs, returns, and releases on command now. Boy is he proud!

Great to hear!!! Yes, the rain even threw off Tiffany a bit. She's been a stinker about it, but will obey my little Jessica (9 years old) and go "potty time" every time for her. I have given up trying because she wants to play and gets all muddy. The puppies I have here, Zeus and Ziggy's brother and sister, love it however and will play in it for hours if I don't bring them in to dry off and get warm. They are so cute and attentive. I made the mistake of letting them in the back to run and they proceeded to play chase around the pool through the patio circle after circle, of course hitting the muddiest part of the grass area each time they could. It might take a week to get the mud off the patio area and I have no idea if it will ever come out of a brand clean "place" pillow cover I had forgotten I put out there. Oops!!!! They just seem to smile at me when I ask them if they are having fun. I love it!!!!! My Indiana, who is now Griffen, will be going to his new home tomorrow in Garden Grove. I will miss him. He's been by my side learning house rules all week. He is so smart. I just say his name, "Griffen", and he comes running to me, sits, then lays down and looks up at me expecting to be loved on ferociously for a little bit! He just eats it up. Learning to place in the house was fun as I made the mistake of placing the rug just far enough away from my bed as to make me get up and get him to remind him what "place" was. He took clear advantage of the attention until I moved the rug right next to me and said, "I win". He made one whiny noise then laid down and fell fast asleep until I was ready to walk him again. The BEST BREED EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
Oops, just realized Griffen was stolen by my 9 year old and is fast asleep on her bed. I need to go get him and put him to bed in his crate. It's so cute to go in and see a puppy passed out on their back with four legs and paws in the air, almost snoring.....toooo darn cute!!!!!!!! They are like sleeping babies, so I pick them up carefully and they even make grunting sounds...okay now I'm scaring myself.........goodnight all!
Cat antagonizing the dog! Zeus at place (Thanks Babbie!) Zeus and Zack wrestling for the tug rope (i'm not sure who is antagonizing who here).

Love the pictures! I love your profile picture!! The dog and cat picture is too funny!
Zeus is a sweetie! We've had great weather lately, so Zig has only had 2 or 3 walks in the rain. He didn't seem to mind much - and REALLY loved the rub down he got when we returned! We are still working on "heal" without pulling - some days are better than others. He is smart and funny and for the most part, a perfect puppy. Lately, he gets a second wind at night - it's as if he flips a switch and all of a sudden, is doing his wild puppy thing. Running laps around the couch, throwing his body onto his place - and this is after 2 walks (morning and night).

I can't wait to hear more about Zeus - size, temperment, weight, etc. Zig is a little dream boat - we are so happy we got him!
Well they are surely relsted. He goes "crazy dog" about once daily. Try getting the training choker, I know it looks cruel, but they learn real quick that they have to mind. Zeus' whole attitude changes as soon as the training collar goes on. We barely pull the leash (no pressure) and he knows better. The extra training with Babbie really paid off. he is sooooo smart. Christmas was awesome. He did so good with family photos. We had the timer on the camera that blinked, catching his attention for each snapshot.

Attached are copies of Zig's brother. We look forward to hearing your stories
